CUSTOMS SERVICE The state institution was established on December 7, 2022. Implementation of the practice of selling property seized by the state customs service authorities and transferred to the state income to the duties of the customs service until April 1, 2023 through electronic trading platforms and trade fairs; attraction of business entities on the basis of outsourcing for sale; tasked with taking measures to launch an information system that allows monitoring of the processes up to reception, storage and sale in the "online" mode.
The main tasks
- are to draw up customs declarations and other documents for state organizations and declarants on the basis of the contract, submit them to the state customs service authorities and perform other operations on customs clearance of goods;
- equipping border crossing points with control and technical means, ensuring their use (providing service and repair), as well as providing paid services for the use of these means;
- organization of parking lots at border crossing points and adjacent areas and provision of consulting services not prohibited by law;
- organization of customs warehouses in the buildings and warehouses belonging to the state customs service bodies on the basis of a contract, storage of goods in customs warehouses, provision of loading and unloading services and implementation of other cargo operations;
- to carry out construction and installation works in the customs control zone independently or together with other organizations after obtaining permission in accordance with legal documents;
- storage and sale of the property seized by the state customs service authorities and transferred to the state income in accordance with the procedure established by the legislative documents (with the exception of the property transferred to other state bodies in the legislative documents);
- organization of sale of goods received on the basis of a person's decision to renounce state benefits in accordance with legislation, delivery and application of electronic customs seals, paid when foreign goods are transported under customs control, including when transported individually under customs control is defined as the organization of customs escort by providing services.
